The Human Rights lawyer will be travelling to Belfast next month with actor husband for a meeting with nine survivors as they have claimed that they were tortured by the British Army and that late Sir Edward Heath knew there was a policy of torture, Stuff.co.nz reported.

The 37-year-old Oxford graduate is now part of a legal team representing the men from Northern Ireland who are now seeking to take the UK to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

Notably, in Northern Ireland a leading firm representing Irish Republican militants, including two members of the Real IRA was held liable for the Omagh bombing in which 29 people were murdered. (ANI)
