Jaipur: Chargesheet has been submitted against 3 men by the Alwar police in connection with the murder of Rakbar Khan, who was brutally beaten by a mob on suspicion of cow smuggling.
The three accused chargesheeted include, Paramjeet, Dharmendra Yadav, and Naresh. They beat Rakbar Khan to death at Lalawandi village in Alwar district when he was transporting his two cows and their calves.
Unfortunately, despite the role of policemen in the entire incident, no police personnel has been chargesheeted saying a judicial inquiry was underway. It must be noted that there had been a delay of three hours in taking the lynching victim to the hospital. This was also admitted by an assistant sub-inspector (ASI), Mohan Singh on camera.
