Two students of ALRR Junior College Nadergul have won the novel competition of not using a single English word in their speech. The ALRR Junior college has organised this competition on Monday to bring out communication skills from their students and prepare them for their future education and employment prospects.
Dr. P. Madhava Rao, secretary and correspondent of the college, said students have to develop their oratory and communication skills specifically and flawlessly, therefore the college has thrown a challenge to the students to speak for five minutes on any topic of their choice, with the condition that they should not use even a single English word or phrase. Dr. Rao said.
All the students of first and second year intermediate studying in the college have participated in the competition. Ms, Supria and Jyothi of senior intermediate have not only won the completion, but were also able to exhibit their excellent oratory skills.(NSS)
