Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon cream
75 Gram Almond powder
80 Gram Egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
25 Gram Light brown sugar
2 Gram Sugar powder
1/4 cup water
Method:
Sift and Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Whisk whites to soft peaks and slowly add sugar. Whisk till firm and glossy.
Fold in almond mix in batches into meringue Fill mold and bake at @190 C.
