New Delhi, February 16:Delhi Police today arrested a man, allegedly involved in 13 criminal cases, from west Delhi and recovered a stolen motorcycle from his possession.
Naresh, who police said is a member of ‘Raju Hakla’ gang, was arrested from Paschim Vihar on Saturday after he tried to flee a spot where police were checking vehicles.
But, police said, he was overpowered and asked to show ownership documents of the motorcycle, which he could not.
“After verification, the motorcycle was found to be stolen from Sunlight Colony,” a senior police official said, adding that he was arrested later.
The police official said the man admitted that he was a member of the Hakla gang. Hakla was arrested last month.
