After the formation of integrated AP, the rulers of Seemandhra and the capitalists belonging to Andhra region have started destroying the historical monument and the cultural heritage of Telangana.
Mr. Jaidheed Tirumala Rao alleged that Hyderabad was the center of beautiful buildings, lakes and tanks but after the formation of AP its rulers destroyed its beauty to fulfill there vested interest.
Addressing as the president of 69th colloquium of Telangana resources Center on the buildings of the department of archeology and the danger of there protection and an action programme for there preservation, Mr. Tirumal Rao told that architectural monuments are the valuable assets of Telangana region. Andhra rulers have been making use of these valuable assets for there personal interests and they are trying to weaken Telangana further. He alleged that the Andhra rulers and capitalists exploited the natural resources like water, coal and minerals for the strengthening their economy.
Mentioning the status of Telangana before the formation of AP state, he told that Hyderabad was identified by its beautiful buildings lakes and the hills around it.
There were wide roads and it had beautiful environment to attract foreign tourists. He alleged that the Andhra rulers are responsible for destroying the beauty of the city of Hyderabad. Mr. P. Sampath Kumar, D. Panduranga Rao, P. Chand, writer and singer, Mr. Upender Sharma, D. Satyanarayana and others participated in the colloquium.
