Elaborate arrangements have been made for the counting of votes and declaration of results of municipal elections across Andhra Pradesh on Monday.
Of 19 Municipal corporations, as many as 10 went to polls last month. Polling was held for 513 wards across the State. Similarly, of 162 municipalities in the State, polling was held in 145 municipalities. While polling was held in 3,391 wards, the candidates were unanimously elected in 39 other wards.
The authorities have set up as many as 155 centres at 65 different locations for counting of votes. (INN)
