All the religions including Islam preach peace. Islam has strictly prohibited to disturb peace and tranquility.
These thoughts were expressed by Maulana Syed Tariq Quadri, Chairman of Human Life Awakening Society(H.L.A.S) while addressing a public meeting in Hyderabad yesterday.
Mr.P.Madhu, former M.P Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali (TRS) Ms. Jasween Jairath, Mr. B.Narsing Rao, Maulana Jami Naseri, Mr.Rishi Babu, Advocate, Mr. Manil Patel,Mr. Osman Bin Mohammed Al-Hajri,Mr. Shabaaz Ali Khan, Ms.Sheeraz Khan, and others addressed the gathering. Maulana Waheed Pasha Quadri, General Secretary of the society conducted the meeting.
Maulana Tariq Quadri told that Telangana is a region where the Hindus and the Muslims have been living together for the past 400 years.
They will also continue to live peacefully even after the formation of separate Telangana State. Highlighting the increasing incidents of communal violence, Mr.P. Madhu told that to a larger extent, police officers are responsible for it. They open rowdy sheets of the youngsters at the instance of political leaders.
He informed that rowdy sheets of 900 youths have been opened in the old city. Mr. Mohanmed Mahmood Ali told that Charminar which was constructed by the Qutub Shahi rules is a monument of Hindu Muslim unity.Ms. Jasween Jairath told that financial guarantee for the poor, good, school,better medical facilities in hospitals are the essential needs of common man.
A rally was also taken to muster support for Telangana Political JAC’s “Chalo Hyderabad March” of 30th September 2012.
