Traffic police have started strictly implementing the Supreme Court’s direction to take action against cars with dark films on the windows.
However, as the saying goes, the police who have been slapping fines on the common vehicle owners, found the car of Minister Baswaraju Saraiah with dark films at the police control room. Not knowing that it was the car of a minister, they stopped the vehicle. On finding the minister inside the vehicle, they simply saluted him, said reports.
However, film stars are not more equal among the equals. Comedian Sunil was stopped by the police when he was traveling in his car with his mother. He was fined Rs. 100 for continuing to use dark films on the windows.
