Hyderabad: The VIII Additional Chief Judge of City Criminal Court, Nampally Hyderabad, Smt. S Wani in her judgment acquitted President Seerat uz Zahra Committee Mr. Ali Raza and his son Mr. Naushad Raza.
It must be noted that Dabeerpura police had registered a case against them on false complaint. It was alleged that they took passports from some youth and cheated them on the guise of providing jobs abroad.
Defence lawyer Mr. Malikarjun Shastri and other lawyers followed up the case and told court that the case was filed to defame Mr. Ali Raza and false allegations were made against him. After listening to the arguments the judge announced that the petitioner failed to prove the allegations hence Ali Raza and Naushad Raza have been acquitted in the case.
