An Annual Meeting was organized at Aurangabad under the auspices of Urdu Quarterly Journal “Aks-e-Adab” at Shahnaaz Function Hall, Himayath Bagh, Aurangabad. Noted Urdu Poet of Tamil Nadu, Mr. Aleem Saba Naveedi presided over the function. Mr. Ashfaqur Rahman, former Secretary of Tamil Nadu Urdu Academy was the Chief Guest. Mr. Basheer Nawaz released the poetic collection “Arsh-e-Ghazal” of Mr. Aleem Saba Naveedi. Mr. Aleem Saba Naveedi’s book “Naath-e-Nabi Mein Nayi Jehtain” was released by Hazrath Shah Husain Nahri. Mr. Aleem Saba Naveedi released “Ghosha Shafi Ahmed Shafi” of ‘Aks-e-Adab’ quarterly Urdu Journal. After the function, Mushaira was organized. Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Mr. Aleem Saba Naveedi in recognition of his services for the promotion of Urdu. Mr. Ashfaqur Rahman Mazhar was given Ateeq Ahmed Ateeq Award for poetry.
