All the Muslim parties and organizations have failed to make an effective representation before HRC. The Chairman and the members of HRC visited Hyderabad but Muslim leadership failed to make an representation. They confined themselves to present to written memorandum. It is important to make personal representation before the commission and as such nearly submission of written representation has no value.
During the open session, Viqar’s father and others were successful in admitting the commission that the encounter is an organized plan of the police. If the agitating political parties and organization had made a representation in person or through the advocates, this case would have been stronger.
