Of late demand for Arabian dishes, Laham mandi, Dujjaj Mandi is on the rise among Hyderabadi citizens. Arabian Mandi has gained popularity among Hyderabadis in very short span of time. Owner of Alzara Matbakh Al Mandi located at Yousuf Tekdi Food Court, Tolichowki, told Siasat that keeping in view the nutritional values of Al Mandi he established Al Zara Matbakh Al Mandi nearly 5 months ago but he had no idea that the restaurant will gain popularity among people in such a short period.
Sprawled over 4500 sqyd, the restaurant is the biggest restaurant of Greater Hyderabad where 200 customers at a time can dine in peaceful atmosphere. Various family sections have been arranged to ensure privacy of customers. Although Laham mandi and dujjaj mandi are served in some other places for quite a few days but there are some basic things which distinguish his restaurant from others. He has hired Saudi cooks for all Arabian cuisines.
The other Arabian dishes that are served at the restaurant are Khabsa, mutton khabsa, boneless fry fish, maral fry fish, Arabian grill fish, hamos and Umma Ali and Masoob among sweet dishes. Apart from that Sulaimani tea, chicken shawarma, Arabian shawarma and matbakh are also available. This is the only Arabian restaurant which is registered in Just Dial. Home delivery is also available which is free for Tolichowki and Mehdipatnam residence and nominal charges are applicable in other areas. Mr. Qaisar Ansari told that there will be special arrangement for sahar and iftar during Ramadan.
