Mumbai, May 11: It’s a known fact that Akshay has an entirely different approach of working when compared to his Khan counterparts. Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan work in only one film a year and hence a huge opening as seen in 3 IDIOTS or a MY NAME IS KHAN is understandable. On the other hand Akshay is seen in (at an average) three to five films a year and more often than not, they do take a good opening at the box office. Even his lesser successful films like KAMBAKKHT ISHQ, BLUE and DE DANA DAN are a testimony to that though the good run of HOUSEFULL has silenced all voices.
Looking at his counterparts, for how long would Akshay continue with his existing working model? Really, what’s the game plan here?
