Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has become the first CM of the state to his assets. The details of his property were made public at the official website of the state government, the first of its kind endeavour
by any CM in UP.
In his assets details, Mr Yadav has shown his wealth at Rs 4.83 crore with total liabilities of Rs 15.90 lakh.
Out of his total wealth of Rs 4,83,11,601, he has immovable property worth Rs 98,84,069 which included agriculture land worth Rs 17,53,997 in his native Etawah district and share in house and
plots in Lucknow.
As movable property, Akhilesh has a pajero car worth over Rs 20 lakh and investment of over one crore in LIC, mutual funds and other saving schemes. He has deposit of Rs 1,17,30,325 in various banks while he posses Rs 97,923 in cash.
Interestingly, he has lent Rs 22,24,416 to his wife, over Rs1.11 crore to his brother Prateek, Rs 1.19 lakh to Samajwadi Party and over Rs 1.83 lakh to his undivided Hindu family. The CM has declared his property till March 15, the day he took the oath.
