Akhila Bharat Hindu Mahasabha announces support for TRS

Hyderabad: The Akhila Bharat Hindu Mahasabha has announced its support for TRS in next Assembly elections.

Akhila Bharat Hindu Mahasabha president Ramanuja Jear Swamy, in a media statement on Saturday, said that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has taken several measures for the protection of ‘Sanatan Dharma’ in Telangana State. He said Telangana was the only State where religious programmes are conducted at official level. He said KCR had attracted the entire Hindu society by conducting Chandi Yagnam at a huge scale.

Ramanuja Jear Swamy also praised KCR for developing Yadadari Temple at a cost of Rs. 1,000 crore. Similarly, he said hundreds of crores were spent on development temples in Bhadrachalam, Vemulawada, Basar and other places. He said huge money was also spent on renovation of old temples across the State.

Describing KCR as a well-wisher of Hindu society, he appealed the people to support TRS in next elections. He said Telangana could become a religious State if TRS is voted to power in next elections.
