Hyderabad, May 20: MIM floor leader Akbar Uddin Owaisi who was undergoing treatment for bullet and stab injuries sustained during an attack on him for the past 20 days at Care hospital here, was discharged today. Doctors have expressed complete satisfaction over his recovery.
Doctors told earlier said that though Akbar Owaisi is rapidly recovering, visitors cannot be permitted to see him since he is being kept under intensive care.
Doctors advice him for complete rest, however they have expressed their complete satisfaction on his health.
However plastic surgery need to be done on his injured hand, which will be done later.
MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, who was stabbed and shot at by a rowdy-sheeter in Hyderabad on 30th April was shifted to Care Hospital from Owaisi Hospital, where he was admitted soon after the assassination attempt. The MIM leader suffered injuries to his left kidney, urinary bladder, upper portion of large intestine and upper limb, said doctors.
