Hyderabad, May 12: The XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally criminal courts today granted three days police custody for the four accused allegedly involved in the MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case.
According to the sources the sleuths of the Central Crime Station had moved a petition in the court seeking seven day police custody of the four accused namely Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai, Hussain Bin Omer Yafai, Younus Bin Omer Yafai and Esa Bin Younus Yafai.
The accused persons are presently lodged at the Cherlapally jail and the CS sleuths would be taking them into custody tommorrow morning. The custody will end on 16 April.
