The Nampally court has rejected the recall petition filed by MIM Floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi in the alleged hate speech case.
This makes him compulsory to attend before the court on May 9 as a Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) is pending against him.
A local court has asked the Madannapet police to produce Akbaruddin Owaisi in the court in connection with a petition filed by a lawyer accusing him of hate speech.
With the recall petition being turned down, Akbaruddin has to appear before the court in connection with one more alleged hate speech case. (INN)
