CPI State secretary Dr K Narayana has found fault with MIM Floor leader and Chandrayangutta MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi for making hate speeches like a ‘terrorist’.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Friday, Narayana demanded that the government initiate stringent action against Akbaruddin Owaisi. Alleging that the government was keeping quiet on the issue, the CPI leader accused Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy of hesitating to initiate action against Akbaruddin afraid of AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi.
Finding fault with the TRS for trying to forge an alliance with the BJP, Narayana said his party cannot share dais with the BJP like in the past.
Thanking CPM State secretary B V Raghavulu for giving him a certificate as future teller, Narayana said that Leninism and Marxism always predict future only and Raghavulu has learnt this.
Responding to TRS leader Nayani Narasimha Reddy’s remarks, Narayana said his party never appointed two committees to enter into electoral alliances with the parties in Seemandhra and Telangana regions. He also made it clear that he never discussed with Nayani on poll alliances.
It may be recalled that Narsimha Reddy had said that Narayana had told him that the CPI would forge an alliance with the TRS in the Telangana region and with TDP in the Seemandhra region. Narayana said the CPI would stage protests at the district Collectorates demanding Telangana on January 19 and opposing the State Government’s ‘power policy’ on January 22.
In another press conference, CPI Floor leader G Mallesh has alleged that MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was enacting dramas in the name of ill-health. He alleged that Akbaruddin’s remarks were against secularism and sovereignty of the country. He demanded that the government initiate stringent action against the MIM leader.
CPI former MP Aziz Pasha faulted MIM supremo Asaduddin Owaisi for his silence and asked him why he failed to condemn his brother’s atrocious remarks.
