Akbar Owaisi convalescing, walks for a while

Hyderabad, May 7: The health of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) Legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi, has improved a lot and he is almost back to normal, he will be discharged from the hospital shortly.

In a medical bulletin released by Care Hospital on Friday, Care Hospital Director Ram Papa Rao stated the MLA is without any supporting system and all his vital organs are functioning normally. He also said that the MLA was made to do walk for a while on Friday.

Meanwhile hospital sources said that if the pace of his recovery remained the same he would be discharged shortly. The MLA was said to have talked to his close relatives and friends on phone.

According to sources since doctors have proscribed analgesic medicines considering risk of side effects on some organs, the MLA is suffering intense pain in wounds.

It has been told that doctors have not permitted anyone to visit him saying that until the risk of infection is not reduced they cannot permit visitors.

Hospital sources have not given any explanation regarding the removal of bullet embedded in his thigh however they have indicated regarding plastic surgery of his hand for complete recovery.

Meanwhile Quranic recitation and prayers were organized at various mosques across the city on the occasion of Friday prayers for speedy recovery of Akbar Owaisi.
