The hearing on the bail petition of two accused in Akbar Owaisi attack case has been postponed in the court of 7th Additional Metropolitan Session Judge.
The bail applications of Hasan bin Omer Yafai alias Hasan Pahelwan and Munawwar Iqbal were presented in the court by the defence counsel on Thursday however the judge has postponed the hearing on the petition to the next day. Since their bails have been cancelled the duo are kept in Cherlapally jail.
ACP (CCS) M Srinivas who are the investigative officer of the case was present in the court to support public prosecutor. CCS is likely to oppose bail for the duo.
