The 7th Additional Metropolitan session judge on Wednesday rejected the bail plea of Younus bin Omer Yafai and Bahadur Ali Khan alias Munawwar Iqbal involved in Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case. The bail plea was strongly opposed by the plaintiff and it was said that the investigative officers must also be present in the court.
While in Ibrahim Yafai murder case the police Chandrayangutta has adopted alleged soft attitude towards Chandrayangutta MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, Malakpet MLA Ahmed Balala and others and is avoiding any concrete action against them. Ibrahim Yafai’s brother Awad Yafai had lodged complaint of his brother’s murder but no action has been taken by the police.
