Amritsar, January 18: Akal Takht Jatehdar Gyani Gurbachan Singh today asked his predecessor Gyani Joginder Singh Vedanti not to issue statements relating to decisions taken by the Takht, the highest temporal seat of the Sikhs.
His “vague statements are creating confusion among the Sikh community”, the Jathedar said in a statement here.
Vedanti in his recent statements to media flayed his successor for bringing changes in the Nanak Shahi calendar.
