AK Khan gives important advice to youths

Hyderabad: Advisor to Govt. on minority affairs, Mr. A.K. Khan advised the youngsters to acquire vocational skills along with educational degrees. He also told them to make use of the opportunities offered by the private sector instead of wasting time waiting for Govt. jobs. He was addressing the inaugural function of the vocational training program organized by TS Minorities Finance Corporation yesterday at Haj House.

It may be mentioned that 350 youths attended the program. Most of them are desirous of servicing the Indian Army.

Present in the function were Mr. Mohammed Saleem, Chairman TS Wakf Board, Mr. Shahnawaz Qasim, IPS, Director, Dept. of Minorities Welfare, Mr. M.A. Waheed, MD, TS Minorities Finance Corporation and the officials of KAIROS Composite Services Private Limited.

Mr. M.A. Waheed told that for the aspirants who want to join Indian Army, a program has been organized at the training center, Medchal on 1st February.

For the 45 days vocational training program, the candidates will be provided with free accommodation and food.

Mr. A. K. Khan further told that the youths should concentrate on making their future brighter and make an attempt to clear competitive exams. He said that the youths should acquire vocational skills along with getting educational degrees.

Mr. Shahnawaz Qasim told the youths that instead of depending on Govt. jobs, they should compete for private sector jobs.

Mr. M.A. Waheed, MD of TS Finance Corporation, Mr. C.V. Rao, Mr. Harish Kumar and Mr. Krishnamurthy also addressed the youths to acquire vocational skills for making their future brighter.
