Mumabi, August 11: It is aweful to know that most of the mega-budgeted movie of the industry bombed at the box-office despite of the fact that they create history because of the uncountable number of the zeroes that adds in their making.
Soon to release Rajinikant-Aishwarya starrer Endhiran which is already in the news for becoming India’s most expensive movie to be ever produced budget is said to be between Rs 150-190 crore, has crossed the ectimated budget of Blue, (75 cr) which was the last most expensive movie made in India.
The director of the movie S Shankar discloses, “The movie budget did reach an alarming stage but when it has South superstar Rajinikant and Aishwarya, it is justified.” Interestingly, Ash was paid a whopping Rs. 6 cr for the film, highest ever for any Indian actress; South superstar reportedly got a hard-to-believe Rs 45 cr and a share from the profit, as what the rumour says.
According to a famous tabloid, the 40 percent of the movie has special effects such as animatronics that was previously used in Jurassic Park, Terminator and recently in Avatar.
