Mumbai: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has done the unimaginable. She not only stunned many in the audiences attending Sansui Stardust Awards Stardust Awards 2016 but her statement won’t go down well in the Bachchan household.
Aishwarya received a special award for her striking performance in her comeback film Jazbaa from veteran actress Rekha. In her thank, Ash addressed Rekha as ‘maa’ on stage in front of the audience.
“It’s great to receive it from maa.” To this Rekha replied, “I hope I can give it to you for many more years.”
As expected, all eyes and cameras turned towards Amitabh Bachchan who was sitting in the audience along with Aishwarya.
We know that the ‘Silsila’ jodi was once rumoured to have been in a relationship as Rekha openly professed her love for Big B due to which both Jaya and Rekha have been known to be at loggerheads.
