New Delhi: The Parliament’s winter session is soon to end and the Standing Committee for Transport has submitted its report in Rajya Sabha today regarding Airlines Staff’s conduct towards the customers.
The attitude of the Airlines Staff, said the report, is very condescending, which is most often uncooperative and also downright rude. The committee has cited recent abusive incidents especially IndiGo airlines in their report along with other reports of long queues at the counters created intentionally by some private airlines to delay the check-in process leading to missing of scheduled flights which compels the consumers to shell out huge money to book the next flight available, reported Times Now.
