Air India humiliates Kerala Governor didn’t allowed to board the plane for being late

Kerala Governor P. Sathasivam was not allowed to board the plane by the Air India officials at Nedumbassery, citing he was late to report.

The pilot shut the door saying the time for passengers to board the flight was over. The office of the governor has lodged a complaint to the Air India and aviation ministry.

According to reports the Governor was to fly to Thiruvananthapuram by Air India flight, which was scheduled to proceed to at 9.50 pm from Delhi.

After attending some official programmes in Thrissur and Kochi as reported, the governor reached the airport at 10.40 pm as it was informed that the flight will depart at 10.45 pm.

However pilot did not allow the governor saying he failed to report on time. After waiting a long time, the governor has to leave.

A room was arranged for the governor at the Ernakulam Guest House by 12.30 pm. The complaint has demanded strict action against those responsible. However, the airport authorities explained that the flight left before the governor reached.
