Minority Welfare Minister Mohammed Ahmedullah expressed great anger over the negligence of minority institutions over the disbursement of budget allocated to Minority welfare. He has decided to conduct a meeting to review the performance of all minority institutions.
Minority welfare minister told that the government had allotted Rs. 1027 crore for minority welfare for the current year but sadly several important schemes for minorities have not yet been launched. He expressed dissatisfaction over the performance of particularly Minority Finance Corporation ad Christian Finance Corporation.
He said now that only 4 months have remained for the financial year to end, the government is serious over disbursement of the whole budget.
