Ahmedabad, April 16: Twenty-nine people, including seven girls, were arrested from a rave party organised in a club house near here, police said today.
The club house at `Shyam Villa’ in Sanand, some 30km from here, was raided late night after the police got a tip off about a rave party going on there, they said.
Police seized over 12 bottles of liquor, Rs 1.6 lakh in cash and 8-10 cars, besides music system and 34 mobile phones, Sanand Inspector M M Zala said.
The arrested girls hail from Mumbai and Surat, he added.
All the persons have been booked under Prohibition Act and Bombay Police Act, Zala said.
A case has been registered and further investigation was on, the Police Inspector added.
