Hyderabad: AG’s Office Cooperative Housing Society started its 14th venture in 2011 under the name Sri Mahalaxmi Residency at Upperpally. It was agreed upon that 11 blocks would be constructed and the flats would be sold at the rate of Rs. 1790 per sq. foot. The total cost of the venture was estimated at Rs. 98.69 crore.
The members of the association in a press conference held at Press Club, Somajiguda told that most of its members are pensioners. They have been paying installments but the work is not progressing. They requested the Govt. to probe the matter.
