A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between A.P. mineral development corporation, Kodhrimukh iron Ore Company and Rastriya Ispath Nigam for the production of Iron plates in Anantapur. The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. N.Kiran Kumar Reddy C.M. of A.P. Ms. G. Aruna Kumari and Mr. N.Raghuveera Reddy at the camp office of C.M. yesterday by Mr. Mukesh Kumar Meena M.D. of A.P. Mineral Development Corporation, Mr. M.Chaterjee , CEO of Kodhrimukh iron Ore Company and Mr. J.V. Chowdri of Rastriya Ispath Nigam.
The C.M said that 3,500 persons will get jobs in the proposed Iron Plant to be setup in Anantapur district.
