It seems like Bachchan family is facing legal woes these days. After Amitabh Bachchan, his daughter in law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has to face legal trouble now.
It was announced that Aishwarya will be a part of Omung Kumar’s much talked about Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh biopic where Ash is all set to play Sarabjit Singh’s sister Dalbir Kaur.
However, Baljinder Singh who claims to be a real sister of Sarabjit Singh has now decided to take legal action against Aishwarya and Omung.
Baljinder quoted by TOI as saying, “I am not against a movie on the life of my brother, he died for this country. All I want is that his real story be shown to people and not what is being portrayed”.
It looks as if Singh’s sister feels that the movie will project her brother in a bad light. Sarabjit’s life story and his subsequent death in Pakistani had several angles.
Sarabjit who was accused of spying and terrorism was sentenced to death by a Pakistani court.
