After accented English, Salman Khan learns Bhojpuri!

Mumbai, August 29: Salman Khan seems to have a penchant for learning new languages. After learning the American English, the macho man is all set to learn Bhojpuri for his next film ‘Dabangg’.

According to reports, the actor is busy trying his hand at Bhojpuri so as to achieve finesse at it. Salman will be seen playing a corrupt cop in the flick and is preparing for the role in full swing.

It is believed that Salman has hired a Bhojpuri instructor who visits him regularly for about an hour several times a week to get his dialogue delivery right. “Salman wants to get into the skin of his character. The diction teacher is helping him get a real feel of the accent used by people living there,” says a source.

Khan, apparently, wants to leave no stone unturned for ‘Dabangg’, as it is being made by his brother Arbaaz Khan. “Salman is intent on making the film a success. He is currently working on ‘Veer’ and ‘London Dreams’ and has told the producers that he wants to wrap up quickly so that he can fully focus on his brother`s movie. He wants to finish pending assignments by October and has blocked three months to work in ‘Dabangg’. Besides playing the lead, Salman is also sitting with the script, brainstorming about the cast, distribution, shooting schedules and even finalising locations. He`s really putting his heart and soul in it,” adds the source.

Well, it’ll surely be a nice change for the audience to see Salman using a language other than his Americanised English. Here’s hoping Salman’s Bhojpuri isn’t Americanised too!
