Evading arrest for 22 years, a man, involved in a criminal case, was apprehended in Jammu region today, police said. Baryam Dass, a resident of Kathua, was involved in a stabbing incident in Banihal in Ramban district 22 years ago, they said. He was declared an absconder and a warrant of arrest issued against him by a court, police said. PTI
