Educational Qualifications:
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) –>
| Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) and B. Ed. degree from a recognized university in concerned subjects. (OR) |
| Two years integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) and B.Ed, degree from a recognized university in concerned subjects. (OR) |
| Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) from a recognized university and B.A.Ed. /B.Sc.Ed. from a recognized institute in concerned subjects. |
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) –>
| Three years Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and as well as in aggregate and B.Ed, degree from a recognized University. (OR) |
| Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT/ from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution with atleast 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and as well as in aggregate. |
Primary Teacher –>
| Passed in Senior Secondary/ Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination or Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/ institution’s norms). |
| Qualified in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Paper-I) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. |
| Two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.)/Four years Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ Two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). |
| English as a subject at 10+2 level. |
| Proficiency in teaching in English medium. |
