Commissioner Task Force South Zone team raided a company preparing adulterated edible oil by melting buffalo, cow fat and carcass, at Bahadurpura and seized a huge amount of adulterated oil.
It is said that Mohammed Ghouse, Mohammed Ilyas were preparing adulterated cooking oil by melting animal fat in large drums which is harmful to health. Mohammed Ateeq collected animal fat and other parts from beef shops across twin cities and prepared oil out of it.
Task Force seized 1120 litres of adulterated oil during the raid and arrested Mohammed Ghouse and Mohammed Ilyas while Mohammed Ateeq is absconding.
