Hyderabad: Administrative Committee Takiya Dal Mandi graveyard, Begum Bazar represented with Chief Executive Officer Waqf Board urging to conduct joint survey by Waqf Board and concerned MRO and demanded to remove illegal occupation.
A memorandum was submitted by the committee stating that graveyard land is being grabbed by the anti-social elements and cattle are being tied in the graveyard.
Committee said due to the activities of illegal occupants, protection of Waqf land graveyard is under peril. Plans are being hatched under the supervision of anti-social elements to grab the Waqf land by one way or other. Committee felt that Waqf Board should lodge complaint in the respective police station in this connection.
