Mumbai: Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi on Monday took to micro-blogging site twitter to put up JNU student Umar Khalid’s video and asking people to hear it.
The Dedh Ishqiya actress shared her opinion on Twitter without forcing her views on anyone. “Umar Khalid was my junior in school..been following his witch hunt closely.”

The micro-blogging site was filled with tweets slamming her terming it as an attempt to gain publicity.
Some even commented that they won’t watch her movies anymore following this tweet.

Umar Khalid along with four other students surfaced at the varsity on Sunday on Sunday night. Khalid then addressed over 200 University students outside the administration block. He started his speech by saying, “My name is Umar Khalid but I am not a terrorist.”
