An extension lecture by intellectual Dr. Abidullah Ghazi, director Iqra International Educational Foundation who has arrived here from America, was organized by Madina Education Society and Sadat Education and Welfare Society. Justice E Ismail presided over the lecture. Mr. K M Arifuddin secretary welcomed the audience.
Dr. Ghazi in his lecture told that Islam is deen-e-rahmat (religion of mercy) and Muslims are Khair-e-Ummat (the best nation) and patriotism is the part of Islamic teachings. He told that justice Sachar Committee has identifies Muslim backwardness and has shown us the mirror. Hence an action plan needs to be formulated to rise above the backwardness. By qualifying the competitive exams students can get a place in administration. Both the two affairs are the key challenges in modern era.
