Description
* Mandatory 2 years Experience in UAE.
* Mandatory UAE Driving License.
• Daily, weekly or monthly sending of Statement of Accounts on each of the customers.
• Keep a track of incoming payments according to payment terms.
• Collect on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with the customers via phone, e-mail or fax.
• Record payments by entering them into accounting software.
• Reconcile the accounts receivables ledger to ensure that the all accounts are accounted and properly posted.
• Research any discrepancies by checking bills, invoices, sales receipts and bank deposit records.
• Reports list of active accounts and current status.
• Generate monthly report of collection cost (per branch)
