– Drive the team & ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT without any error.
– Transaction Processing: Hands on experience and expertise in managing day to day operations.
– Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.
-Quality – GB Projects / Lean Six Sigma application for building efficiency within the processes .
-Responsible for Internal & External Audit .
– Responsible for managing the entire team & ensure training for them
– Provide required reports & inputs to senior management
Attributes expected in the Candidate :
– Experience in Banking/BPOs handling non-voice processes desirable.
– Minimum of 10+ years experience in financial operations management.
