Job Responsibilities:
Contact Client Hiring Managers and present candidates for contract and direct-hire positions in the area of IT / Engineering
Present candidate profiles in order to successfully match candidates to the client orders.
Will work with a team of seasoned staffing professionals and will be primarily responsible for IT/Engineering staffing sales and new business development.
Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients.
Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects. Marketing top candidates to clients and prospects.
Manage the client relationship by making sure client expectations are met.
Ensure your assigned recruiters delivers
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
4-6+ years of Business development experience within the high-tech staffing field in US Staffing Industry.
Must have experience in developing and maintaining direct client accounts.
Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Outstanding problem solving ability
Microsoft Word and Excel and PC based knowledge
Candidates with B1 Visa preferred
