Account Manager

Job Description

Looking for candidates with MBA from top B Schools which strong experience in P&L management of existing accounts, ability to manage multiple accounts.

– Develop account penetration strategies, develop client relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals.

– Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings.

– Ability to position the value proposition and drive delivery excellence initiatives to deliver highest value to the customer.

– Building relationships across various levels in the Client organization and should be able to develop exec level relationships in particular.

– Managing relationships, new business and delivery aspects of the engagement.

– Overall customer satisfaction within Client organization.

– Ensuring Project delivery oversight; Carry out review of project plans, schedules and deliverables with offshore Delivery manager/Project Leader through teleconferences.
