Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a petition requesting the high court to cancel the bail given to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy who is an accused in cash for vote case.
Revanth Reddy is out on bail given by special court for CBI cases. The ACB has filed a petition on September 16, urging the high court to cancel the bail to Revanth Reddy.
The high court, after accepting the petition of ACB, issued notice to Revanth Reddy.
The ACB petition is likely to come up for hearing after Dasara festival.(NSS)
