ACB D-G, Intel IG Meet KCR—Discuss Revanth Issue

Telangana State Anti- Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director General AK Khan and State Intelligence Inspector General Shivadhar Reddy met the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at CM’s Camp office here on Thursday.

It is learnt that they discussed about Revanth Reddy’s ‘note for vote’ case and they expressed the view that the main culprit in the Revanth Reddy’s issue was the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. They opined that Revanth Reddy was only a pawn in the game.

It is learnt that they opined that Chandrababu played a key role in collecting huge funds to give to nominated MLA Stephenson. Rumours were also doing rounds that Chandrababu Naidu was trying to destabilize the KCR government.

It may be mentioned that different political parties were demanding the KCR government to include Chandrababu’s name as main culprit in the Reanth Reddy affair. The meeting of Khan and Shivadhar Redy with KCR assumed importance in this background. (NSS)
