Hyderabad, May 5: After receiving complaints of some irregularities in Road Transport Authority (RTA) East Zone at Malakpet, Anti Corruption Bureau city range sleuths conducted raids at the office on Wednesday afternoon.
Meanwhile presence of 13 private broken has been found and an amount of about Rs 1.32 lakh unaccounted cash has been seized from their possession, including Rs. 32,285 which were left at the counter as soon as the raid began.
Rs. 33,310 were recovered from a private broker Murlidhar.
Later government’s amounts have been scrutinized by checking all the counters. Searches are on in this connection.
