The Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) today arrested sub-treasury Officer M Rama Rao working as in-charge STO in Avanigadda of Krishna district in bribe case. The accused was caught red handed at STO office when he demanded and aceepted the bribe amount of Rs 7,000 from the complainant Ch Trinadha Rao, a retired medical officer, for doing an official favour of cleaning the pension and gratuity arears bills of the complaintant, ACB said in a release here. The STO was arrested and produced before the ACB court at Vijayawada, the release added. UNI
