Several activists of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Tuesday held protest at Old MLA Quarters in protest against the State Government’s failure to resolve the fee reimbursement tangle.
The activists alleged that the colleges have been pressuring the students over the dues that the government owes to the them. They were also not giving the certificates to the students. Therefore, they demanded that the Telangana Government resolve the issue at the earliest.
Several activists were taken into custody when they tried to enter the Old MLA Quarters. They were taken to the Police Control Room and released later. (INN)
